A while ago, I was invited to chat on This EndoLife Podcast hosted by Jessica Duffin. Jess started her blog, This EndoLife to share her journey of living with endometriosis. She offers coaching and mentoring services to women who struggle with endometriosis and strives to make a difference in their lives. She inspires women to embrace their bodies and works with them to create a “better sense of well-being”, rather than constantly being at war with themselves. She also created some amazing endofriendly recipes and they are absolutely scrumptious! Check her Vegan Spiced White Hot Chocolate, Vegan White Chocolate Mousse or Peanut Butter Popsicles. I mean.. YUM! Jess hosts This EndoLife podcast and chats to very inspiring women, me amongst them, so don’t stop after listening to just one episode. She is a warm, wonderful host, and I am honoured to say, a friend.
In the podcast we spoke about pelvic floor dysfunction (hypertonic pelvic floor), vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, pudendal neuralgia, interstitial cystitis, my reasons for embarking on the healing path, reclaiming my body, creating products to support my recovery and finally founding Womanology.
