Shipping + returns
All shipping fees are automatically calculated with your order.
Womanology ships products to customers all over the world using the Royal Mail service. Orders generally ship within 3 to 7 days from receipt of payment. All products are handmade fresh in small batches, and therefore delays in preparing your order for shipping are possible. If your order is delayed, we will notify you and offer you the option of a refund.
To reduce waste, we do not include an invoice with your order. If you would like a printed receipt, please specify this at checkout or email us.

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For - next day delivery (including Saturdays), signature on delivery required.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for - delivery within 2 to 3 working days, signature on delivery required.
Royal Mail 1st Class - next day delivery, including Saturdays.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked and Signed - delivery within 3 to 5 working days, signature on delivery required.
Royal Mail Untracked Standard - delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked and Signed - delivery within 5 to 7 working days, signature on delivery required.
Royal Mail Untracked Standard - delivery within 5 to 7 working days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and your tracking number (if applicable).
Please note that once an order has shipped it is no longer under our care or control, and as such Womanology is not responsible for any postal delays or customs & tax charges. Please inform yourself about your country’s import policies before you order. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds due to customs delays, holds, or duty fees.
If your order has not been delivered within the ranges specified above, please email us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you may do so up until it is shipped, in which case your money will be refunded within 30 days. Please email us directly if you need to rescind your order and you have not yet received a shipping notification.

If there is a problem with your order, such as a damaged or defective item or you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the products, and provide a description of the issue (with photo documentation if applicable) for a full refund.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
